Twine lilac ribbon
Golden light in dewdrops
Red wine and crimson
Kisses that donāt stopā¦
Warm oil infused with the love I have for you darling,
Iām so amused and Iām totally wrapped upā¦
āRound you my sweetheart, roses on our pillow,
Clover a plenty, our hearts are in luck.
Lover I choose you and Iāll always be true
You are the one harp that I want to pluckā¦
Bows drawn back, ready to aim at our hearts now,
This is the right time for love to have struck.
Myrtle in fire helped me find my sweetheart,
First thereās a potion āfore we even start.
Lavender cleanses, Hawthorn mends and strengthens,
Rosemary āmembers, foxglove heals your heart.
Twine lilac ribbon
Golden light in dewdrops
Red wine and crimson
Kisses that donāt stop

Oh where oh where could my true love be
oh i lost you out in the depths of the sea
Fairest love, well you've gone to soon
Now i sing to thee neath every full moon
My ravaged home im forced to leave aboard this merchant ship
Derry to Holyhead set foot in mud i couldn't grip
The captain forced his stowaways to jump ship in the silt
And many lost their lives before they made the headland built
In the misty morning lookout from the mountainside I see
A lady bravely wading through the carnage of the sea
I made haste to retrieve her safely back to the shore
She gave her hand and stole my heart, my love forevermore
Twas three moons past, we wed upon the stone at dusk
We board a mighty ship its bow engraved 'in God we Trustā
Bound for the land of opportunity and gold
One week into the voyage lightning struck and thunder rolled
The waves engulfed the vessel and we're thrown overboard
We both clung to the cargo and trusted god no more
The current carried us, we're at the mercy of the deep
The heaving swell tore us apart, our dreams will never be

Upon the cliffs of the minyon falls, Before the mouth of repentance Creek.
Poured all the crystals in our hands, Unfolding words begin to speak.
Said the old man of the bay,
Live as though itās your last day. Said the truth can be hard to take, but love will light the way. Love will light the way.
Drawn from the mountains and the plains, down to the edge of the eastern seas.
Trekked through the ice storms and the flames, the crossing road led us to meet.
Said the old man of the bay,
Live as though itās your last day. Said the truth can be hard to take, But love will light the way. Love will light the way.
Venus looking down on
you and me in the setting sun. Diamond veil cast over us. Lost and found, tangled hearts undone.
You and me in the setting sun. You and me in the setting sun.
Love will light the way.

Barefoot at the broken cliff
Me Snow White gown billows & whips
The Sea of sorrow kissed the skies
The salty rain fell from me eyes
Our pockets were robbed by the lords
Now food is scarce can nĆ afford
We lost our pa to amber drink
Heās still alive though can nĆ think
At ease, at ease, at ease, at ease
My brothers dear were called to stand
Fight for the cross, protect our land
But this is not a war weāve won
Our babies carry loaded guns
At ease, at ease, at ease, at ease
Heavens aflame & hell doth freeze
When will us soldiers rest at ease
At ease, at ease, at ease, at ease
The gypsy blood runs through me veins
I see a life in higher plains
To Risk our lives and love at sea
Alas our last heart beat is free
To take a leap or take a bow
What is the future for me now
I chance to love, I chance to breathe
The shipās adrift, ātis time to leave
At ease, at ease, at ease, at ease
At ease, at ease, at ease, at ease

Aināt gonna tell me
Which road Iām meant to take
You stripped the pages from
My book of faith
I will not stay here
I cannot bear to see
The life youāre wasting
Won't let you swallow me
Here we go and
1 2 3 4 5 while Iām still alive
6 7 8 9 10 catch me if you can
You tried to throw flame, bullet, stone and blade.
But we wonāt let you
reign on this parade
While Iām still breathing
I will be breaking free
From all the shackles
You try to chain on me

A lonely shepherd trying to find his way
I drift with the seasons tend to to my herd
Just like my father and his father too
But lately I feel a stirring for anew
A stirring for anew
These robes cast around me start to feel so strange
Wandering these hills I feel a yearning ablaze
A reoccurring dream, In her eyes a universe
When I hold her hand I have the whole wide world
The whole wide world is in my hands
Face the rain today, for the sun will come tomorrow
Be brave
Cliffs meet the sea waves against them crash
Rain falls from the heavens with beauty and wrath
Mountains surround me like a fortress made
Mist on the plains, restless heart today
Restless heart today
Dew turns to frost, then the first snow falls
Clouds surround the peaks, breathe my spirits call
Many hours i spend looking out to sea
I feel it in my bones soon you'll come to me
I feel it in my bones, you'll come to me

Here is a new 14-track live album offering for you :-) This one is a very special collection of music recorded over the last couple of years, between Brisbane apartments, Welsh mountain tops, Canadian Lakes and Sunshine Coast balconies..
So much has happened over the last few years for us, reconnecting with our families on a journey to find a place to call home. Re-tracing Daryl's roots through North Wales, driving across the country to the south coast white cliffs of Brighton, then to Dawny's family out on Vancouver Island Canada - Driving across the Rocky Mountains to Calgary, then back to Australia for 7 weeks before having to rush back to Wales for a family emergency (which thankfully ended well). Welcoming our beloved Merle 'Luna' to our little family (who can be heard in some of the later recordings haha), amongst much more..š¶
After the last 2 years of travelling, we finally found our place in the world here on the Sunshine Coast, for which we are eternally grateful. That said, it has been a tumultuous and rocky road to get here, with many painful yet poignant lessons, deep shifts through pain and loss juxtaposed with a deepening of love and connection. It's hard to put it all into words, which is why I'm glad we have this collection of songs to speak for us. šš¶
This is so much more than just an album to us. It is a roadmap back through the last few years. The songs are a collection and reflection of moments on our journey, which has been quite the rollercoaster! We're glad to be where we're at now to tell the tale, and we're glad to have this album to show for it.
We'd love you to come join us on our journey -
Live Anthology Vol 1 2022-2023 - Here's to many more!
